The hotel was excellently located right next to the famous cathedral in the heart of Antwerp. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with heating and all the basic amenities we needed. The breakfast offered was also fantastic, with a great selection and delicious options to start the day.

No major issues, everything was fine.

During my Christmas stay, I was genuinely impressed with the hotel's convenient location and cozy interior. the hotel offered a lovely breakfast that was handmade with fresh bread and fruit. the staff was very welcoming and polite, providing excellent service to all guests.

Although the hotel had many appealing aspects, a few things could have been improved. the first-floor room was located above a noisy bar that played music late into the night.
